Our center of gravity is the awareness that in God we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28), and nothing can separate us from the love of God (Rom. 8:39). So, regardless of circumstances and surrounding chaos, we are established in the absolute, unchanging God, who has got us.
From our center, we can then respond to life in cooperation with the Divine from our true or higher self, rather than from our false or small self who has a habit of making things worse instead of better. This is what transformation looks like.
